Charges dropped

It is our great pleasure to announce that the RSPCA has dropped all charges against the Heythrop huntsman. The taxpayer has been left to pick up the 5 figure bill for this. A blinding show of evidence to all MP's that the act is unworkable. Kick on!!!!!!

LACS bought land on Exmoor with the specific aim of disrupting stag hunting. The result was that the land became over stocked with no control measures resulting in health issues and lingering death to several animals.

Charges dropped, :hmm: why cant the lads put a complaint against wrongfull arrest, were they arrested ??? how did the evidence get past CPS,which would probably mean it was there private action, and in this case clearly the wrong action :nono: against innocent people, they should be reponsible for there actions wright or wrong, me and you would be held accountable, they seem to think they have god status, this kind of carry on is disgusting :bad: I hope the court b*****ked them silly,

IMO wildlife crime is like wife beating - the police don't give a toss or know their powers, until it's the hot political topic of the day, then wrongful arrests and incorrect procedure happens and the guilty one get away with it while the innocent lads are left with a stain on their records for years.

Lacs are the RSPCA. , lacs have just sold assets worth over 5 million and have employed and started the training. Of 10 ex police officers as hunt monitors. , they monitor this and othe sites ,

Over 500,000 people marched against the ban if 500,000 joined the RSPCA. And elected the board of directors

Don't fight them take them over ,

Typical, RSPCA should foot the Bill , if this was the case it might make them think twice about bringing non cases to court in the hope they can chance a conviction.

Yes they should be made to pay all costs . dirty beeping scum bags

What make the situation even worse is the fact the person that was accused cannot claim his costs against anyone. I would have thought that the RSPCA should be liable for the prosecution bill unless the CPS took the case over or the police agreed to use public money to pay for it. The courts do have power to order public found to be used.

If thats right about not being able to claim expenses,Then the RSPCA or LACS could accuse any one on meager evidence,To impose financial issues,on idividuals that has to be injustice, and a crime in itself lying to impose a percuniary disadvantage ???????makes your blood boil
