Lewis Ste 245
No mere mortal can preform such shots without years of practise like that man can achieve. Bare that in mind 1 Quote Link to post
BenjaminCadd 109
Pro sport! I have been using my TX200, and was looking at getting a PCP at X mas time, but the tx200 dose all i want and more, it can out shoot me by a mile, so the Pro sport will be my next rifle, i am probably biased though as i have never fired a PCP so i might not know what im missing but i plan to keep it that way and get the pro sport!, i dont think you could get a better looking rifle and others say it feels like a tuned rifle out of the box! Hi mate i have posted on here about my pro sport i have had it now for about 2 months and the amount or rabbits pigeon and jackdaws i have taken is crazy, the accuracy is second to none now i do not think i am a great shot but at approx 35 yards i have been shooting a drawing pin and hitting it,i have had a bsa superten before and i really rate the pro sport as being a super gun,i have alsohad a few spring rifles before and you have to hold them really lightly cause of the recoil but on this you dont have to no where near as much, you will noit be disapointed with it. pianoman 3,589
I would be in shooting heaven to own a couple of Prosports in .22 and .177. But, I'm lefthanded and deemed gifted.... And thus, discriminated against So for serious accurate shooting, I make do with a Weihrauch HW77 .22... Beats em all! :toast: :toast: Regards Simon Quote Link to post

Lewis Ste 245
I'm sure xtx changes the ultra over to a lefty for about 30 quid I think? Quote Link to post
Mawders 595
I thought the new ultras had an ambi stock? Quote Link to post
Lewis Ste 245
They do but the tiny little realise catch is only on the right hand side so awkward for lefties Quote Link to post

stroller 341
i sold a prosport recently. its was a heavy gun but a good vermin stopper. I decided to come away from air rifles and now do most of my rabbit shooting with a baikal hushpower 410 using 2.5 inch cartridge i find it makes an air rifle type crack and is deadly at 35 yards for sitters and moving targets. and i have to say i couldnt get to grips with the niceties of rifle shooting and zeoroing in etc i guess a shotgun is a lazy shooters gun but its working well for me Quote Link to post
