IanB 0
Lets keep this on track.. Without going onto some diverted bullshit path. If they don't insure working dogs, thats there own choice. Just don't use them for insurance at all, purely based on the fact...simple.
whippet 99 2,613
Lets keep this on track.. Without going onto some diverted bullshit path. If they don't insure working dogs, thats there own choice. Just don't use them for insurance at all, purely based on the fact...simple. good logical common sense , the problem here ian is defineing what a working dog is......... i think the insurance company had just aswell said no running dogs for insurance, working is in there blood, obviously to chase............. the trouble is there more prone to injury because of there speed, whever thats around the garden chasing other dogs or chasing rabbits whilst out for a walk........ its impossible to proove and class them as pet or working , when really its in them to run . i agree that people should totally avoid this insurance ,not for the fact your dog is working but for the fact that its bred to run and an injury can happen any time and that to me is discriminating a dog because of its attributes. this company shouldnt get much revenue as a big majority of the dog population work , i wonder if they insure dogs what work for blind people! or is it just running dogs discriminated for there running ability
