They had a special on mince beef today (well, Supervalu's beef special was better but I was too lazy to go there). Got all the bits and pieces while I was there. Have cooked them before thanks to the recipe on the Bord Bia website. I cooked the Italian Fritatta last night, unfortunately no photo as I singed it a little towards the end, only superficial and got good reviews!

I preferred the Fritatta myself! Will stick up a pic when I try it again without the singed bits I hope haha.

 

There are heaps of tasty recipes on that site. I can't cook worth a fig, more an expert at eating :laugh: Have a go at what ya like, tis great craic when it works out :laugh:
