paulus, aye you never forget them nights lol. I remember going lamping with a mate many moons ago. He picked me up, it was his land his gear, we had a dog each. Anyhow, after a 15 mile travel, we got out, dogs on lead etc. Mates in back of the van banging about frantically..... The silent night was disturbed by a loud f**k!!!! The fanny had brought the lamp but forgot the battery lol. In those days we ran on fumes so there was no way we were going back for it. With the dogs hyped up just going home wasn't an option so we decided to lamp without a lamp lol. I'd love to say we used the moon to light our way but alas no lol. After watching him let his dog off and take half a week to get it back I decided to just take the dog for a walk lol. You don't realize what control over a dog you have with a lamp cos his just ripped the pish

.....Some stories lads. I remember when i was young we went to visit my Grandads brother, he had a hotel up North. Now i cant remember where it was but it looked over a big bit of water. I took some fishing gear. Turned up and my Dad help me set up and then i realised i had no bait. Just threw the hook in a few times, 5 mins later we were packed up and in the hotel. Think thats where my fishing stopped.......

oh I've done that before mate. The worst timeI can mind for forgetting something (my memories murder) was a ferreting trip, new ground, 5 of us, 6 ferrets and not a net amongst us lol. We were only young at the time and it was the mates dad who took us and dropped us off. We realized half way there but no c**t was brave enough to tell him lol. 5 hours we spent trying to dive on bolting rabbits....... We got 3
