Ratreeper 441
a year and 1000 post would be a good starting point?? I have been a member for 6 years and I haven't cracked 1000 yet The best method would be for sellers to have another member vouch for them, but then the voucher might not be trustworthy. I don't think a posting limit would do much to deter sellers nor stop them selling on a different site, possibly a pet home instead of someone who will work it like it should be on a hunting forum. So in other words, people don't need others to babysit them and protect them, they can make up their own minds if the seller is dodgy or how many posts etc they might want. I have had enough of thick people needing guiding through life, better just let the posts be out in the open where people can comment on it if advice is needed.
Simoman 110
For some young lads in the game or adults who dont know many people they may benefit from buying a pup from a well bred litter off the forum, the ones who are bred for the right reasons and may have a couple of surplus pups spare, unfortunately many peddlers and idiots abuse the classifieds. As i and many other mods have said numerous times, the classifeids are there, and we will moderate as best we can and rely on members to use the report button................ Unfortunately some people jump in feet first and get stung, surely plenty of research would be a no brainer anyway regardless of what your buying or where from? Im afraid its a case of caveat emptor
