Anybody know why when posting a new topic or reply on my computer, the top of the box you type into is a faded colour and none of the icons work. i.e. emoticons, bold, italic, insert links etc.? iworkwhippets 13,271 Posted May 17, 2012 Report Share Posted May 17, 2012 (edited) Not the best on computers mate, but ive always managed to sort any problems ive had, Download and install CRAPCLEANER, from Piriform, then analyse, once you have done that, run the programme, what browser are you using, install Firefox, int explorer sucks Crapcleaner, there is a free version, also perhaps you may have Malware, Download and install Malwarebytes, and here is a good one, you will be surprised at what this picks up, Superantispyware, free version also. rob190364 2,594 Posted May 17, 2012 Report Share Posted May 17, 2012 Lavasoft Adaware is another decent (and free) spyware scanner Whenever I've had problems with THL in the past I've deleted my shortcut to it and cleared all the cookies/internet history etc. and it's sorted it out, might be worth a try.
