Infact your rifle parts will be shown in the finished clip that is going on VerminHuntersTV.

All i can tell you is that Tony has made it very sweet indeed.

nice pics si and congratulation on a great purchase,John Bowkett is truly the best when it comes to bsa,My s10 is also tuned by him and i am very happy with it .

Thanks pal,

Yes John is very good so I have heard from many people.

Bill (Sweeney Tod) uses his services a lot on his very nice rifles in his collection.

Anyway I have now practised yesterday with the new r10 and calibrated it on Chair gun using 2 brands of pellets and the groups that it is producing are very nice to say the least.

What has surprised me is the the barrel seems to like the RWS Super Fields at 4.51mm rather than the bigger 4.52mm AA Fields which for a BSA barrel is strange.

I've still got to try Daystate pellets that Ste (Wedge) has kindly offered to send me, and some JSB Exactsat 4.53mm and Falcon Accuracy Plus pellets that I have ordered myself.

I want to find the best pellet for the barrel before I start shooting vermin with it at the same distances as I do with my HW100 S.

I have managed a very clean kill on a 37 metre rook on camera this morning before work that struck the birds brain with pin point precision causing it to hang upside down on the branch before falling dead to the ground.

Simon Howarth (Tench) is also very very good with BSA rifles and someone that I recommend highly myself.

You are welcome si ,

when i got my s10 few weeks back tested Jsb diablo exact,AA diabolo field,H&n baracuda match,Diana magnum, defient, bsa storm and gamo magnum pellets at 30 yard to see groupings but strange all were bang on target was not expecting it ,then tested all of them at 50 yard , Jsb diablo exact,AA diabolo field,H&n baracuda match,Diana magnum, defient were same and very accurate .i used jsb in my previous hunt with r10 and the results were very nice. Please do up date your results .

Thanks si, as I'm in no rush to know, and there's no point me ringing an him going through everything when he could be doing something else (tuning guns) lol I might be looking into getting another gun when cash isn't the issue, as iv always wanted to have/shoot a fully tuned upto the eyeballs Springer ,to see how they perform. I miss my Springer a lot ,they are somethg that you will need and want regardless ofwhether having the state of the art pcp I'd always like to have a Springer in tow.. I wouldn't say my huntsman needs tu.ing as it shoots perfectly well..but where there's options to be taken with hobbies, I think everyman never makes do an always has a want..lol
