does anyone use wippet cross with a terrier for your rabbiting dog, and what do you think of them.

Nxt season il be starting to use a whippet but my mates tend to use beddy xs and collie xs

There are numerous posts in the lurcher section on Bedlington X Whippets the most common cross for a Rabbiting Dog.

Great little Dogs should work cover, mark, and catch, you can also lamp them.

I use a little beddy\bull x but in all fairness she isn't a patch on my collie x at the ferreting game,just dosen't have the steadiness of the collie x though I've seen some outstanding terrier x's and whippets.

Beddy x Whippet are fantastic for the job, mines got a bit of greyhound in aswell so she's good for lamping too.
