Hugget moderator, worth the price????

Hi guys, seen this and 2 thoughts came into my head.

 

1. With Ben Taylor helping to make it it must be good, you just have to look at the theoben rapid series to approve of that fact

 

2. Is it really worth that price of £120 (price is taking from airgun world advert)

 

So what is your thoughts on this piece of kit.

Thats a lot of money. I was completely happy with the very quiet and very well made Twink Mk2 that I had on my S410 and it wasnt anywhere near £120!

Just beacuse its been made by Ben Taylor doesnt mean he knows anything about moderators,I use a simple £30 SAK moderator on my rimfire and it works just as well on an air rifle.

 

I would not pay £120 for an air rifle moderator - no way, never ever, even if I had a load of money - Ben Taylor is trying to screw his customers on this one.

I use a sak on my bsa lightning xl tactical and by grandfather uses it on his rimfire as well.

 

For £30 it is worth its wait in gold

Buy a Twink, really, I was interested in the Hugget, but hell, you could buy a rifle for that sort of money!

I just use a normal £30 one my mate has a £85 hand made one and i cant see or tell the difference its just a name
