Hi

Teacher is ok but not sure about the 2 year gap, I would imagine it's cool, what about a manager at work, landlord is ok a I know a woman who got the bar keep at her local to do it,post master/ mrs,my boss signed mine years ago and that was ok,my mates mum is a justice of the peace and she has done mine the last 2 times, what about your doctor,? On my first ever application when I was 17 he did mine for free,

there only examples not stipulates

Quite right. I use somebody who is a teacher now, and that is fine. The daft thing with a section one ticket, is that it can be anybody, within reason.

i know i got anybody to sign mine  nice bloke  its daft mate thats for sure

As already said, the fact they are a teacher is fine but the problem comes if the FEO phones the teacher up and starts to ask questions about you etc. The teacher is in a bit of an awkward spot then, having to explain that they don't really know you very well, and can't give any info on you over the past couple of years.
