Vermin Dropper 2
mine go in a game bag, as well as other bits n bobs.... knife, small torch, insulation tape etc, :thumbs-up: Quote Link to post
heart of wales 19
Good backpack with padded shoulder straps rap foam or carboard around your battery to stop it falling over and knocing you leads, you can put your catch in on top as well then leaves both of your hands free, one for the lamp the other for the dog lead or opening gated. Vermin Dropper 2
I have just been using back packs but i really need to buy a goodstrong one for next season as i have snapped afew with the 37 amp battery, i also rap it in towels or a jumper so when i jump off the landrover or over a gate it doesnt hurt my back.... jay Stuff lumping a 37ah battery around , I'm usually back and forth to the pick up so I'd rather use a 12ah battery and take a spare, :thumbs-up: Quote Link to post
Rabbithunter 456
with the 37 amp battery, bloody hell Jay, i use a 16ah wet cell battery, dont think i could handle anything bigger. but, if you can handle it, then fair play Personally use a shoulder pack, cut out of an old oil carton. It has a shoulder strap, and a strap to go round the waist, really distributes the weight a lot better. can walk for miles with it. I have packed it with old rags etc... so when you have to move quick  it doesnt bang around Quote Link to post

bracken28 0
I got a ammo bag from an army surplus store, had it for 3 years now . its a canvas type bag with a real thick shoulder strap and my 17ah battery fits nice and snug inside, best thing it only cost a fiver.. Quote Link to post
