paulus 26
there chambered for 70mm but you can get a 76mm in there ideal as a knock about gun, barrel is very long though Quote Link to post
SportingShooter 0
If its chambered for 70mm then that's all its suitable to shoot from it...considering its an old gun as well. I've never owned one but shot a few and the number of people who learnt to shoot with them is huge. If you want it just to knock around then its fine you just need to choose your range carefully with a .410 with your shot placement having to be spot on. Are you sure its 70mm? Never seen a 2 3/4" .410 cartridge. Only 50mm, 65/67mm and 76mm. Maybe you've mistaken the "0" for a "6"? Quote Link to post

tegater 789
I have my fondness shooting memories from this gun. It was the first shotty I ever fired and shot everything from sparrows to foxes with it. They are generally fully choked and excellent for shooting sitting rabbits at 30m+ if your aim is good. I also used to love stalking sitting pigeons in the winter woods, and was a great skill to learn, with twigs cracking under your feet. The later models had a twist safety, but the earlier models didn't. Great gun, you won't regret buying one. The barrel is short about as short as it can legally go, but the overall length gives it an appearance of a long barrel. 1 Quote Link to post
