Im not knocking it because i couldnt stick to it im knocking it because its wrong.....simple.

Theres an old saying " its better to give no advice than to give bad advice " and there is no other sport/hobby this applies more to than weight training.......ive seen people waste literally years following bad advice.......having just listened to the fella he has a good basic understanding of nutrition.....but to suggest to any beginner to start with a 4 day split is simply ludicrous !......4 day splits are done by advanced lifters to target specific muscle groups.....also to suggest training chest/triceps on the same day, again is a basic mistake.......the bench press being the basis to any chest workout,as a single movement involves 70 % triceps to 30 % chest....in other words you are mostly using your tricpes to press the weight out and your triceps will fatigue before your chest........so to suggest training both on the same workout you will never be able to give 100% intensity to both muscle groups.Theres literally 101 things you could be critical of about that program........but my view is anything that gets people into the gym is great with me so i wouldnt be too critical........but these " get big quick " routines have been going for decades they are nothing new......any beginner will see relatively good gains over their first few months even if they eat shit, thats just the simple process of progressive resistance weight lifting, these routines/programs make the most of that fact by trying to kid you that it was the supplements you took or the advice you got was the reason for it,the trainer sees results and continues to buy into it.........a few months later silly little things like muscle memory kicks in and their gains slow down and eventually stop !.........its then they start to realise that a supplement is just that....a supplement....not a replacement for a good healthy clean diet and correct training principals.

Like i say,im not pulling the fellas ideas or theories apart....i just dont like to see folk bullshitted into losing time and money when all that was needed was good solid no strings advice.

Depends if you want to gain good weight or any old shit weight......if you want to gain any old weight consume more calories than you use and bobs your uncle.......if its muscle you want to gain its a little more complicated im afraid :D ........basically supplements will do nothing apart from give you expensive piss if you dont eat correctly.......eat a good diet and use extras to " supplement " that diet yes........use " supplements " instead of eating correctly......no ;) .........thats the bare basics to it mate.

As the old saying says......." Bodybuilding is not about how strong you are.....its about how strong it looks like you are " ;)
