KO SHAMO MAN 6 Posted January 19, 2012 Report Share Posted January 19, 2012 I use both but i prefer the old broody (goldy top) silkie x sussex, Only think with pure silkie is when the chicks hatch sometimes they will get hanged in the silkie feathers, thats why you cross them by using a silkie cock over sussex pullets also sexed linked when hatched,,, Quote Link to post Share on other sites
