Ossie n Arch 1,683
I'm having trouble logging on to the site through my home network. I can log in with my wireless dongle, but not the home network. Iv'e tried IE8, Chrome and Firefox all with no joy. Iv'e cleared the history and downloaded the latest Firefox, iv'e even reset my home router, but still no joy. I last logged in on the 26th Dec. Anyone help ?? Cheers, Arch. Ossie n Arch 1,683
Yes thats correct. I had the same problem around this time last year, IanB made me a new account (This one) and everything was ok untill the 26th Dec. Iv'e not long re-donated aswell, i wonder if that has anything to do with it ??

Ossie n Arch 1,683
Umm, Host file and router setings. Do i need to be plugged into the router with my laptop to access those ?? and where are they located ?? Teamviewer, will it still work if i'm using the wireless dongle rather than the router ?? because thats the only way i can get on this site. I'm not that good with PC's and iv'e done all i know. Moll. 1,793
I know nothing about PC's, but have you tried system restore to an earlier time (Pre 26th)?

I have Moll and that didn't work either. Iv'e got 2 laptops in the house and both are the same. Both work with the Dongle, but neither work with the Router. Iv'e sent IanB a message, so hopefully he can sort it.

Ossie n Arch 1,683
Thanks for the help folks. Seems strange that i get/got the same problem not long after i donated ?? Donated on the 23rd Dec 2011. Couldn't get on here on the 26th Dec 2011. Perhaps it's that dodgy white fiver.
