No mate I bought a pair of sharmas, well that's what the woman said they were, I only bought them because they were quiet birds and like the look of them. Think there a gypsy bird but probably completely wrong.

"Sharma" is how some northern folk say Shamo...the ones that dont usually know much. Someone cumbria way always selling the BEST ginger sharma in the north aparantly - very game - at 5 months old...!

this is the pair, the hen has a bluey shine to her, the cock is pure black with a gingery neck, about 2 months ago i had the coop close to the fence and the cock must of hopped onto the coop and over the fence into the shamo pen. poor thing got kicked to shit but he is doing fine now
