The Duncan 802 Posted April 27, 2012 Report Share Posted April 27, 2012 I prefer mine as fresh as possible, so unless I'm going to cook them the next day (or that day or evening), I breast and freeze them on the day I shot them. I dice it up cook it in garlic and butter and make spring rolls (pancake rolls from a chinese) add some curry powder to the noodles and you can add pepper chilli, beansprouts what ever you like wrap them in filo pastry and fry them, wood pigeon taste lovely in them, my friends love having them Quote Link to post Share on other sites
