I have cooked up a woody straight after its been shot. I dice it up cook it in garlic and butter and make spring rolls (pancake rolls from a chinese) add some curry powder to the noodles and you can add pepper chilli, beansprouts what ever you like wrap them in filo pastry and fry them, wood pigeon taste lovely in them, my friends love having them

Pigeon spring rolls are my favourite :)

Just bagged a couple of dozen today :) So the spring rolls are on the menue this week :boogy:
