do youse guys gals think if you are serous at the game its amust to by of treid and tested coursing hunting dogs that breed true ,or like some go to rescue homes , puppy peddlars like hancock and many others , to me you have to bred of dogs that have proven there selve ,in there said feild , i dont no any serous dogs lads that think diffrently what do you think

ye did i bred of her no ,to many faults for me, she was a good dog but saw lots better since away back then , half of youse havent seen good dogs or you would no what im talking about to go back to silly hancocns would be puting my self 15 to 18 years back

i suppose really if both parents are doing the job well, then you would go for a pup from proven parents. with the base line 1x , you have to start there 1st, what ever the x . Its what you want from the dog,? you take chance with any pup from how its bred, but i think you stack the odds your favour, if both parents have worked at hunting. I like the 3/8 5/8% as its lurcher to lurcher, my young dog is that way bred, and he is doing great so far. You need (luck) with any pup you get

if youre serous about the dog game you no were im coming from look at the malemute dog he bred he used d slieght cut price then went to buddy im not a malemute fan but he went to proven dogs ,and things are working out not just any old dogs , ive alway been told by good dog men years ago try and get the best you can by as its as easy to feed a shit dog than agood dog so you stack the dog in your favour ,if you breed of treid and tested stock your making the odds go up a mountain at times

Taking a pup on out of tried and tested parents is definetly the best place to start

well josy cant see any other way realy , but maybe im wrong all i know is it has worked for me ,its not my way, its the only way forward at times , takes years to breed good animals so why go back ,the way i wouldnt,if i thouhgt i could go back to hancock get what i have about me and others who have them i would had saved my self sometime and money this is not just me talking this is for everybody who believes worker to worker im sick of lisning to people after a year my dogs no good well if you by of shite youll get shite no matter what you do
