scent 509 Posted November 27, 2011 Report Share Posted November 27, 2011 we were out this morning hunting cover for foxes.First cover and the dogs were screaming and a fox broke out between me and my young lad.I slipped in my new 13 month old bull bitch and my mates red dog and after a nice course i went over the brow of the hill to find the dogs killing the fox .I was happy with my bitch as its the first fox iv slipped her on.The last cver we hunted was a very small round cover and the dogs hunted a fox straight to my young lad and let the fox come right up to him and he slipped my old collie dog but the fox barely made it back to the cover.A massive dog fox then broke straight up the field to me and i slipped the dogs but the fcukers were watchin two of the cover dogs and never saw the fox but the fox went to ground and as i was blocking the holes another fox bolted from the cover and narrowly escaped across the road.We dug the the fox then at 3 foot and all i can say is iv never seen a fox as big he was massive 2 Quote Link to post
