mackem 31,573
i wish i new this before i was interviewed Tell your solicitor(preferably one versed in fieldsports and the countryside like clive reece who used to,maybe still does have a shooting news section called fox's law)you gave your original statement under duress, you were frightened, vervous, unsure of the situation and were led into your answers by the circumstances you found yourself in,most people convict themselves by what they say, never answer any questions unless theres a solicitor present, its your right to remain silent till your legal advisor arrives to give you best council Better a couple of hours kipping in a cell awaiting your solicitors arrival than dropping yourself in it from a great height. 3 Quote Link to post
