have lamped full moon no wind, no clould cover etc, but to be honest if you lamp local like me, your only educating everything for very little reward, far better to stack the odds in your and the dogs favour as much as possible. so wind,clould cover and new moon nights are the way to go.

i agree with snoop had some real good nights if you wait for the "PERFECT" nights youll never get out enough and as for not educating quarry well in my eyes its all part of the game makes it more testing for the hunter and dog regards

Would it hurt just to give it a bye for a week....just have a walk out during the day...I'm sure you can have good nights when the moon is full but these tend to be few and far between.
