after sales hunting life

brought a lithium battery of the link next to this board received it put it on charge its been on charge for three days and wont fully charge emailed and rang the number with no reply anybody else had a problem like this after buying something of this site ??????????

Pretty sure its a manufacturers warranty and not the suppliers, think you should take it up with deben to resolve the issue quicker, because if the supplier is obliged to do anything they will only be the middle man. :thumbs:

i think you it is the responsibility of the vendor the person you bought it off as he is debens customer and you are his however you could contact deben explaining

that you cant contact your vendor giving them the details of your purchase and i think they will sort it for you

You sure you bought it off here? I think you may have been mistaken?

 

I have no history of you buying anything on the forum, I also have not received any emails... :hmm:

Try discharging the battery to dead flat then recharge if that doesn't work send back to where you brought it from your contract is with the supplier NOT the manufacturer.

If the supplier has gone bust or done a runner then send it to the manufacturer along with a copy of your reciept and a letter explaining the problem with the battery and that the supplier has gone belly up

If you ever have trouble sleeping download a copy of the Sale of goods act and have a good read
