wexford Pa 84 Posted October 26, 2011 Report Share Posted October 26, 2011 he certainly ruled harshly, but he changed alot of things in Libya for the good.. the country has no debt, no-one homeless, cost of livin is relatively cheap, free education & medical, only 25 percent of Libyans were literate before Gaddafi's regime.. I thought it was funny how British and American governments/media hailed Gaddafi's killing like a personal victory, maybe the greed eyed monsters look towards Libyan oil..
