cannot deny that at under 8 mths he seems to be flying, BUT at 8mths i would be selecting my pups slips and limiting its runs to 3 max a night, and gradually build that up to full nights lamping and taking it out at 7 1/2 weeks to watch? what sort of distance are you making it walk? cant be good for its bones or joints if you ask me, could cause it to burn out at an earlier age but then maybe not, a pup should be a pup till its ready to grow up imo, but im not knocking it and makes me think again as it seems to be working for you, ATB

You are knocking mate and rightly so, apart from the damage to the bones, what about the damage to its heart 66 bunnies :censored:

believe it or not i am picking his runs and i am holding this pup back alot. the last pup of mine was worked alot harder hes still doing his job o.k at 7 years old theres no problems that i know too with his joints caused from working him from 9 weeks old when i got him.

i went out last night and caught another 9 rabbits with my pup hes doing well good stamina and runs reasonably sensible. i walk my pups for anything upto 4 hours regular some walks are as much as 10 miles pups can manage that easy. atb
