Going to press some more cider this weekend going to try a lot of different recipes this year as there seems to be a lot of sloes about this year i was thinking of throwing some into the pommis . Just wondering if its been done and with what success ?

got a recipe off a great ant after the sloes have been remove from the gin she says pour cider over the fruit and let stand drain and drink it is a nice bevy

I have done a smiler thing to that with a bottle of hock . I just been and picked the sloes and put them in the freezer i will then put them into the bottom of a 5 gallon plastic barrel and pour over fresh pressed apple juice then put in a air lock and leave to ferment
