rob190364 2,594
Surely there has to be something you can do about someone stood there filming you?? If I picked up my camera now and went into the street and followed someone filming them (again ), is that perfectly legal? I just find it bizarre, and I can't think of anything more infuriating than being out there rabbiting or something and seeing someone filming you. Maybe it's legal if you're in a public place? but if you're on private land (i.e. a farm), with permission to be there, it must be illegal surely? it'd be like filming someone in their own back garden or house wouldn't it? We should find out where these people live and a few people go and stand at the end of their path filming them and their families, I bet they'd get the police on to you in minutes. :censored:

I'd f*****g love them to be filming away while you legally kill something infront of them. Imagine the hatred inside them and they cant do f**k all about it. Reminds me of when i was younger.....dont know what age but around 14 i went to my first fox hunt. We were shooting and we were put in certain hotspots. Anyway i was about 100 yards along from my Grandad and about 20 mins standing there i seen a man walk up and speak to my grandad. They spoke for a couple of minutes then the man left. End of the drive i asked who he was and was told he was an anti.......i said "What did you say to him Grandad?".......his reply "I told him that they we were there legally to shoot foxes and if a fox runs by the now i'll be firing and tough shit if your in the way!!!"....... And believe me he would have pulled that trigger......

(I have this info from a Dom Jolly documentary where he was going into shops askign for the CCTV footage of himself) so it may not be 100% correct. I dont know
