jigsaw 11,902
just heard on the radio that the winter coming is going to be worse than the last 2.They say stash a few packets of batteries, torches, disposable barbie kits as power cuts and disasterous weather is going to be the norm .This is going to be the worst winter we have ever experienced in centuries .Anyone else catch this?Thank god I stacked up with tons of timber over the last few months.Im going to get in a few bales of straw for the mutts and fill the back bedroom with rashions, fatten up the wife even more for warmth and buy some Aldi/Lidl thermals.DONT PANIC....DONT PANIC. .i JUST HOPE THEIR NOT RIGHT THOUGH.LOL Edited September 8, 2011 by jigsaw

blan89 159
i hope it is,snow is better than mud. you can go on ebay and buy 500 lighters for £5 and i recon another £100 on cans and preserves from costco or some other wholesale place would easily see you through winter if it comes to it. and as was said you can easily stock up on straw and food for the dogs. just dont forget the tin opener lol.
