Big lump done well.!

Recommended Posts

Went out last night with my 2 , and my mate and is dog. Wanted to get Tod on few rabbits really+and get him sharper in the lamp, as so far he as done brill on things with teeth. My mates dog got 4, Bryn 2 , which if we wanted could have got lot more. But the purpose of the night was to get Tod sharper in the lamp, and he done brill. We tried to get hm close as we could for him, some of the rabbits would have to be long slips as they off as soon as the lamp it them were off, the colliexs i think would have caught them . we left them and tried to get a squatter if poss for Tod . 1st squatter got Tod right over it, he didnt see it which i knew he wouldnt , but it was great bit of lamping from my mate, as i was holding the other dogs. The rabbit got up and he had to hold Tod back till he saw it proper then slip him . Rabbit was nearly in the edge and Tod went right in the edge and nailed it great .2nd rabbit got up right up ,Tod saw it went flat out after it , rabbit jumped+turned to the right and Tod turned dead fast and nailed it feckin brill. He done really well for a big lump, he far more agile than what i thought, and its only his 3 rd night in the lamp, he is doing great so far on anything you put him on big+small very happy so far .!

id be ashamed to admit that my dog takes me for a walk, its a dog not a horse.

Well done ray mate and well done tod, I said you'll be surprised at his agility. Thing is practise makes perfect so keep it up and keep us informed on his progress

will do mate  , you were right he is agile for his size, and he is quite fast. Not really bred for rabbits but he will get a few.Carnt fault him so far good on big+small stuff  only prob is he is very hard to hold on the lead, he is very full on.!
