I have to keep going back to my old ground all around where we used to live which is 45 mins away, not too bad but if you lamp a few times a week and ferret the weekends the diesel bill soon adds up! Trying the small places is good advice, often very easy to get on which then gives you an "in" with the larger neighbours. If your only ferreting you can get a good bit of sport from small spots, its lamping which needs alot of acres and that is hard to get for sure. Good luck! Quote Link to post
