Guest Lurcherbitch
Have a mate...yep another one Not really it's the same one . So anyway, she has a dog that she bought off a breeder in Scotland. The dog is now 8mths old and his bollocks aint dropped. For medical reasons she is having him castrated. She was looking forward to coming to the shows and showing him, but as we know most judges wont put through a dog with no bollocks. I think this is totaly unfair as like this case it is not the owners fault. What do you think?? Oh yeah she is coming to shows to meet you nutty lot too . Well i also think its unfair to mark the dog down for having no Balls, what about Bitches? how does the judge know if the bitch has been spayed or not, or is it a male judge thing do women judges also mark down for no balls
Guest Lurcherbitch
Cant she just get the ball's whipped out and stick 2 marbles in there place.. .. then she will be able to show him till her heart's content.. ..Millet No Millet she could'nt, because not all balls and todgers are as small as yours and be replaced by marbles or other small implements
collie/grey 238
I think it's totally unfair. Judges don't look for a scar on a bitches belly to see if shes been spayed, so why mark a dog down for having no balls. I can honestly say i show castrated dogs and yes admittedly they haven't been placed sometimes for not having balls, but i won lurcher pup champion with one of mine last year, he was 11 months old. Judges differ. I find it's mostly a male thing anyway. Whenever i mention CASTRATE the men look nervous

kiwi 4
having two normal nuts is part of a judges way of seeing the dog is free from the hereditary fault of cypt and monorchid, undesended nuts pose the risk of cancer and are removed for health reasons, it's a breed fault like hip displacia and should never be bred or shown, i don't see it as being unfair at all.
