I need some 4" nails, and only got 6" one's, should i cut the 6" nails down to 4", or nail the 6" one in and bend the other 2" over, or just buy some 4" one's, or buy some thicker wood, i would realy

Thanks for the help lab i hav'nt got a hammer will a brick do the job If so will any brick do?

Just seen a lad i use to sit next to in the plasticine class at school and he was the top lad in the class because he never use to mix the colors he said why not ask if anyone wants to swap any 6" for some 4" ones so if anyone wants to ive got 63

ye looking for a straight swap, cos if not i have got a bucket full a washers/screw/nuts an bolts i dont think they will be any good to ye, but ye could swap them for some 4inch nails, cos i could do wae teh 6inch yins :thumbs:

Ive got a box of 4" nails here i will swap you ,i didn't have as many jackets as i thought so i dont need that many coat hangers

 

 

Thanks for the offer but i have changed my mine i am no longer going to build my tree house for a while :thumbs:
