today in gods country/ neibours son keeping his oldmans rabbit dog in shape

what a great day,,,,,,iam not one for sitting in days like this,,,,,,,sorry for picture over load :icon_redface: ,,,,lol for some reason i took photos when walking down hill,,on way back as i was too knackered to do it on way up :laugh:

 

hopfully my son when he grows up will take my dogs out for me lol nice wee rabbit dog,,,,nice to see young lad taking care off his oldmans dog when he,s away working :thumbs:

could walk on up there forever, certainlly does 1 over on any city woodland

 

we are lucky up here in scotland,,,,my parents live here,,,,this is there back garden :thumbs: ,,,,helpfull for me on way down i pop in for a cuppa :thumbs: ,,,,,,,i think iam gettin a taste for this hill walking lark , with dogs and family,,,,,,my parents keep telling me ,,,there the baby hills up here iam walking and i should man up :laugh: ,,,,,so next time,,,,iam going to take on few monroes,,,,,but was well impressed with my 7yearold son 2day,,,,1st time on hills, with dog,,,,,,better than my wife ,,,,,she gave me the one finger saulte and headed back to my parents :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

there was a couple off things we bumped into,,,,on walk,,,,but best not talk about :thumbs: ,,,,,but black dog loved flushing a few grouse :thumbs:

It looks to be rough enough ground, how do they cope with it, being their grews?

Any injurys?

 

 

just exsericing them up there mate,,,gettin fitt for racing really,,,,althou there running about ,,in the heather ,inbetween rocks / boggy areas ,,,i dont see me having any problems with my dogs feet ,,,,but , that,s a far cry from actaully hunting dogs up there,,,,i think it could be very tough going for dogs up there,,,,,,,,in winter , on the tops off some off the hill,s could be very unforgiving place for some running dogs i would assume,,,,,,,i ve not been up there too visit my family in winter ,,,as there snowed in there most of the time ,,more so the last two year,s with those bad winters :thumbs: did do couple days beating up there,,,but it was mainly ,,in the low areas lol,,,thank god cos i cant walk far with waterproofs on lol
