hargreavesheber 93 Posted March 20, 2011 Report Share Posted March 20, 2011 I had a walk around my inlaws farm today with my .22 and the 8 month old lurcher. Walked u up to the top of the land and saw 4 rabbits, 2 full grown and 2 part grown, all of which vanished as soon as i got my gun up over the wall. dam things!!! The lurcher obviosly new they were there, pulling on the leed.. I carried on walking round, and saw a part grown bunny sitting on a hill by its own. Too close to a wood to give the dog a run so popped it off with the rifle.. Slipped the dog and to my delight, she retrieved her 1st bunny to my feet.. After a bit of sniffing!! wel happy. All my practice with the dummy has obviously paid off!!! Quote Link to post
