nellandbran 8
good luck with your pups, I'm sure they will be a nice strong litter, just for the record I had an accident similar to yours [it happens], the litter is turning out to be a good mistake Quote Link to post
Ideation 8,217
Take 2/3 of those pups in a years time and a couple of sets of those ozzy chest gaurds and go see if they can um. . . . retrieve, a boar. Could have yourself a whole lot of fun. Quote Link to post
nicola1804 114
Thanks very much for the positive comments I have a couple of pet homes already never really thought about a price for them just want good homes really they obviously arnt worth much if I do have to advertise them I supose getting what its cost to feed them back would do me. I was at the vets last night as the little brindle one isnt doing so well she said its probs fadeing puppy syndrome so hes been on the bottle every 2 hours dont think hes going to make it though bless. spiderfly 111
Breed one back to a full hound and you`d have a nice worker for strong quarry maybe even good enough for a red stag single handed lol Quote Link to post
nicola1804 114
Thanks braddaz2009 and tb25!!! Im going to keep the blue bitch see what she turns out like and I now have decent pet homes for 3 so only 2 dogs to go. The bitch has been a miss while out walking the lurchers are sick they now have to hunt themselves instead of her doing it lol plus its always good having her when I go out when its dark which is most nights you never know whos knocking about in those fields and woods. Think I watch to many horror films ha ha Quote Link to post
skycat 6,174
My 'accidents' are turning out better than I would have believed possible. OK these pups will be a lot heavier than mine, but as long as they go to good homes then what is the problem? And if they have good noses and hunt up well there'd be a place for them in a good mixed pack of mooching dogs IMO. Quote Link to post

Thank you I am definately going to have a mixed pack lol The bitch has a cracking nose and suprisingly will run all day long through and over anything, like a hound she is. I would like a couple of working homes to see how they go if anyone is interested pm me. Quote Link to post
