Absolutely no reason, other than some machismo trophy..... Serves no purpose....

 

Personally I bury every shot fox........... (its a requirement of the land I shoot, which is subject to public access...):thumbs:

Depends. On my own ground I leave them out as crow bait. On the hill, if it's an out of the way spot I leave them where they are or move to a more discreet location nearby. If I'm shooting on someone elses farm I leave them at the house/shed as proof I'm some use!

ok guys i get the hole idea of killing foxes but what do you do with the bodys? with most of the prey we all shoot we can eat or feed to ferrets , but what about that large fox you shot ? i only ask as ive seen one or 2 on my permission and i dont just want to dump it in a bush when ive killed it

 

 

Do you have any reason/need to shoot it?
