rossy08 33
it a single stoke sidleaver action, only a set number were made, and numbers of working exsamples have since dwindeled, due to lack of parts. from one pump of the sidleaver it will produce a full 12flb in .22. it was only ever availiable for around 18 monthes hence why is quite rare. will run her over the chrono soon see what she is doing the side leaver action at fully open. andyfr1968 772
There was a nickle plated one on here a couple of years back that I wanted to buy but sadly there was a fault with the gun and by the time it was fixed, I couldn't justify the cost Lovely guns, I shot with one many years ago and fell in love with it. Perfect rifle for me, self contained, no recoil, nice bit of heft to it, lovely...... Cheers. Quote Link to post

Phantom hello Tony how are you pal. how you getting on with the ultra? its got a silencer with it as well but by the looks of things its been droped.as when its fuly screw on its out of line, think iv just taken about 300 pellets worth of lead out of it. not fully shaur what im going to do about that yet. Andyfr1968 a bit heafty you say, you can say that again mate, its about 11lb unscoped. i do love the way the action works and looks when you open the side leaver up, stunning bit of engernering. has anyone got an idea of the number that were made,i'm finding conflicting answers on the net. there was one in the for sale section a few weeks back, but like you say there fetching a pritty pennie and finding parts is a bit of a nightmear if there not working. think im going to have to get a few of the worn parts remade for this one. cheers lads Andy Quote Link to post
Phantom 631
Hi Andy, I'll let you know when I get out with the Ultra got broken fingers on my right hand along with a bone in the hand itself (long story) And yesterday I managed to slice right into the cartiladge of my middle finger on the other hand whilst sharpening a lock knife! Don't ask how I did it, because it was the back of the blade that caught me and I can't fathom that out at all :wallbash:Just missed the small vein phew, but knicked part of the tendon Other than having my fingers splinted up I'm pretty much so and so. Had a little good news this morning; but I've a couple of close friends to tell what that is before I make it public Did you have the Ultra chronoed at all? if so what was it running at?
