Rabbithunter 456
i imagine the braided nylon used to make them would snag if i were you, if your doing any rough patches of bramble or gorse surround it with longnets much more fun than seeing a purse net snag on bramble, and losing a bunny Quote Link to post
COMPO 54
i would have thought Bramble nets would hurt your hands, the thorns etc...... Quote Link to post

Crow 1
I hang ordinary purse nets in runs but I can't say I call them 'run nets' 'Bramble Net' sounds like a gimmick to me just to sell a few extra nets! Quote Link to post
Yokel Matt 918
I made some nets out of thick hemp once and used these round rough stuff and that got knarled up and tangled just as much. You could rip them out of the stuff without breaking them mind you. Don't know whether it was the thicker hemp or what but the things twisted something awful when they got wet. Quote Link to post
Guest Bigbob
A wee 3 foot nets handy for cover a run in brambles and it purses a bit quicker than a bigger net so less time to snag up Quote Link to post
