just wondered if anyone can give me the ingredients to make ferritone or something similar,atb jamiew

Dont have the ingredients but i just do my own mix. two parts olive or soya bean oil, one part cod liver oil and one part veg or sunflower oil..

 

I only give it once a week over food and use it on their bellies when clipping nails.

I do similar, 3 parts Pure Olive Oil, one part Cod Liver Oil and one part Sesame oil.

I use sesame oil as one of my ferts goes mad for my copper bracelet

and I found out that Sesame oil naturally contains copper.

thanks for that instead of ferretone... ill put rabbit... fish--- eggs.. in the blender

then wipe that over its belly when cutting there nails lol

You can stil get tone but its abit pricey. Mine also like the malte paste from pets@home in a tube

i haven't used it but i have been told Vaseline works just as good on their belly's, and its supposed to help with unclogging fur in the gut. does anyone else use this?

thtas my choice so what does feretone do to a normal working ferret thta a good diet doesnt and what pisss is it some home made remedy or is it a electo for hard worked ferrets never used it heard of it but never tried it

So you have never used the stuff,but you are already an expert on it Some people will smear a small amount of ferretone on a ferrets belly to distract them when nail clipping etc,the ferrets go mad for it,but i guess you already knew that.
