hw97k brass trigger guard & safety

I think 1652HCU feels that the price of replacement trigger and safety catch units, are higher than they are worth in his estimation perhaps?. A bit of finery is no bad thing on a good rifle. I'd love a bit of engraving and a classical walnut hunting stock on one of my HW80s :thumbs:

I know what u mean £70 for a trigger guard and safety is a bit steep, but it looks sooo nice. I have been trying to find a place that sells the thumbhole stock for the hw97k but cant get it anywhere.

 

 

there is theese on ebay if this is the kind of thing you are looking for, that are suitable for inletting for a hw 97k

What I should have said was it is sometimes cheaper to find someone who will custom make these items, as off the shelf they are getting to be too expensive.
