ive got four, two hobs, two jills. that does sound a very good idea.

but even that would be more than im paying for the ferret food.

I pay about £2 a kilo for alpha, and four quids worth lasts me around 2 weeks.

although it would be a good idea to feed them on day chicken, next kibble.

i think kitten food is better for them. But ask down the butchers for some offcuts, get a nice assortment of stuff for only a few quid.
