what do you prefer to work dogs or bitches?

ive only ever run bitches but ive just got a dog pup.

what is your reason for your choice?

do you think there is much difference in the way they work?

i work a dog, just because that was the pup i got, over the years i've had dogs and bitches as pets and had good and bad in both.

so no real preferance for me, i just run a dog.

Both for me also...but i do tend to find that dogs enter to the retrieval of foxes slightly earlier than bitches...this is my assumption although some will say completley different...atb stabba

good good nice to no dogs entertain the old reds at a younger age.

my dog is only 10 weeks old and i all ready cant wait to see what it will work like.

like i said ive only ever worked bitches.

I prefer to keep just bitches,if both are kept theres the aggravation when bitch,s come on heat.

both but both of mine are super loyal and very very well behaved as a general rule cant see ones better than the other working wise the only differance is the bitch will listen more than my lad but then hes the type of dog thats all or nothing

bitches for me atm, i had 1 bitch, got 3 now. dnt have to worry the dogs catchin one another [bANNED TEXT] is season, alot less hastle and worry...and that is the only reason, ive had dogs with no problems
