The Wifes hunting trip,

Recommended Posts

The wifes just arrived back from a walk with the dogs. She has had to walk them as I have dun my back in.She took them to the local sports centre playing fields and there was a load of schoolchildren and teachers in the field,as she was walking by the young pup went into stalking mode and then put the foot down, the wife then began to have thoughts along the lines of "OH NO" and you,ve guessed it the pup connects with the wee bunny wabbit, :icon_eek: children screaming and general chaos, the wife then ran over to the pup to take the bunny from her and fell on her arse, childrens screaming then changed to laughter,la de da teacher comes running over and asks the wife "what breed are those dogs"while she,s still sprawled out in the mud, .One of the male teachers took the bunny and the wife doesn,t know what happened to it,I think she was in shock,

Probably the best lesson the kids have had in a while, :D

My back suddenly feels so much better and the wifes a bit sore  may have to give her a wee rub, :icon_redface::gunsmilie::toast:

Had a similar incident last year. We were visiting my wifes family in Plymouth and went for a walk sunday morning with her two step sisters, 9 and 11. We went to a walled park, it was lovely weather and the park was full of mothers and toddlers and .... flocks of sleeping feral pigeons on the ground  They were obviously used to dogs wandering about but not to our dogs, all three of the dogs piled into the flock and the terrier caught one as they flew off. He landed, gave it a vigorous shake and retrieved it straight back to me  There were clouds of feathers blowing all over the park and the whole place resounded to cries of "Mummy, mummy ... whats that dog doing to that bird?!?!?"

Needless to say we beat a hasty retreat, the girls loved it though and have since been out lamping with me! :victory:
