New digital camera / video camera mount

Hi lads,

I found this chap today on YouTube and though that he isn’t too bad so I have subscribed to him.

Please remember that he is American and they have a different take on where to shoot vermin for a humane kill.

Anyway I looked at this mount and thought WOW.

I then went onto EBay and found one and purchased it.

I though that others may be interested too.

Hi Lads,

Happy that it’s been of service to you then

I thought that it was brilliant too, and for only £28, got to be a real bargain for anyone wanting to make some good shooting clips  .

Should be able to fit it to your new video recorder Gary buddy and your stills camera  .

Don’t forget where I am mate simonpittaway@yahoo.com and any clips need to be shorter than 100MB mate via www.yousendit.com ;)

I await your first clips buddy :boogie: .

Lol good guess mate. nah dont think the markets big enough to make a killing plus it'll take a fair while making them to a good enough standard to warrent peeps parting with cash. think you could probably sell them for what £15-20???

Dont know Ram buddy but a half decent camera second hand off Ebay is really cheap and there are loads to look at.

One that takes a SD card will be good like the one on the clip i posted as you can then use it for day time filming or day time stills.

You will also be able to use it in conjunction with a red or white lamp to film some bunny lamping.

Thanks for the link Si

I wish I never sold my Sony Handy cam, but I did make some profit on it. bought for £70 and sold on ebay for £250.

How much are one of these worth now Si?

Super nightshot with bluetooth

Looks like a DCR-330e to me mate, if so they wont get anywhere near the £250 you got for your last one. id say £125-£140 max.

ATB REDEYE

sorry dcr-pc120e  not sure on the prices these fetch.

I gave a version of the mount to the guy who baught my big telescope.

It was very basic but could hold most cameras toa 1.25 inch eyebell.

I paid £30 for it years ago to a company called Astro-Engineering.

That one you link to Si looks to be a newer much more sturdy version and of course it will attach to any diameter
