> George Phillips , an elderly man, from Meridian, MS,was going up to bed, when his wife told him that he'd left the light on in the garden shed, which she could see from the bedroom window. George opened the back door to go turn off the light, but saw that there were people in the shed stealing things.

Why potentialy be charged yourself......all he had to say was theres some lads lamping wabbits in my garden......he would have had the same response

diify thing but same type mate hunting on private land with air rifle was reported as man with gun by people walking also on private land with no permission:outcome helicopter and armed response called lad had hopped back into back garden by the time they got there but village was overun we know cos small village and bizzzies walkin round asking have you seen lad with gun.commical if not true.
