if your posts were your answers to your gcse exams im telling you now, your grades are sitting at an undeniable U, get a grip mate your dogs such a world beater that it can do 7 rabbits 1 hare in 1 night, i have seen dogs that will do 3 times this with bigger quarry on top, tbh mate your dog sound shyte, labradeerhound, why not a jackadoodle or a puggle? dont slate the x till you try it mate, or if you think your dog can do the job soo much better, why not match it up eithsome 1 off here?? theres alot of lads on here will put you to shame my son

why breed bullx lurcher, becuase some of us like watching the dogs run knowing they wont kill anything, bullx are to heavy and to thick, any old shit is being bred just because they want dogs with heads like buckets,so when the dog is running it cant lift its head up to see what its ment to be chasing, its weighs like a bucket as well.

I sorry if this been asked before, but I into dog breeds and why things are bred ect, (my boyfriends anti breeding so having a descution with him is inposable).

I'm new to the world of Lurchers, and although I dout I will ever own one there breeding is very interesting as I think they are the only dogs left solely bred to work, everything else you have show lines and working lines.

Reading through I note a little resentment towards Bull X's and thinking about it I can understand that, as I not 100% shore what a Bull breed would add to the mix, hound to hound you have speed, hound to terrier speed x tenasity, add a collie into the mex and you could get drive and intelligance.

So why breed a Bull into the mix?

no breed bashing please, I want to learn more about these great working dogs.

because you get the ultimate allround hunting machine thats why, bull x is the ultimate big quarry dog that gives its all to catch if you dont like them dont have them i cant see the point in bedlingtonx whipets or bed x greyhounds why x a poodle italion greyhound to make a lurcher but no lads that swear by them each to there own,ive had most crosses over the years deerhound, wheaton, collie, bed and saluki but been a converted to the bull x for years, and dont think il change back ATB
