while out on the prowel with me mate in the car saw a few rabbits then on the way back come across the first leveret of the year and it made me laugh as it sat nyon camoflaged then it jumped up and skipped of into a bush great end to a little drive out

Thats a pleasant change ,I feared the worst when I saw the title ,I expected to see a rabbit sized young un held up in front of the camera.

Magwitch and I saw a couple in March!

weve had them for a good while here north yorks possible four weeks ago i saw my 1st whilst out with local keeper

seen one in January last year but before the ban I've seen the odd small one at all time in the winter in different parts of the country.

i came on one just before christmas two years ago,couldn't believe what i was seeing,unfortunatly the terriers caught it.

It's good to see them, I remember one night a few years ago driving down a lane and seeing 4 leverets going across the road and in through the hedge.....then about 30yds on down a fox, he must of rattled them. I like to see it especially around here where there aren't too many about.
