How about driving about and if you notice no end of rabbits or pigeons in some farmers field approach them then and say what you have seen. If they claim to have someone already "doing it" then that person obviously is rubbish and it might prompt them to give you a try. It is hard though, shooting seems more popular than ever these days, and farmers seem to be naturally distrusting people at the best of times. Quote Link to post
