zini 1,939
Hi lads, Just a quick video clip from today when me and Dylan my 9 year old son are doing some shooting in my indoor range . I think that Dylan is coming on a treat now and hopefully will be grouping well within a 25mm kill zone at 2o metres within the next 12 months if he carry’s on like this . Here is the link It will take 5 to 10 minutes to process on Youtube before it will play correctly so please be patient. Si Edited June 5, 2010 by zini Quote Link to post
Phantom 631
Nice going Dylan Si my good man, your lucky to have a youngster who want to follow in his old man's footsteps None of my kids want to shoot not even paper or cans :wallbash: Phantom Quote Link to post
zini 1,939
Cheers Tony buddy Dylan is a fast learner because he loves the sport so much he is always trying to improve and learn something else from me. I think he will one day be a very good hunter and shot with a rifle. Si Edited June 5, 2010 by zini Quote Link to post

Phantom 631
I've just managed to watch the rest of Si (connection problems ) Thats bloody good shooting by yourself as well. You've givven me a bit of an urge now to go out and shoot the springer If the Temp drops a bit I'll go out later and play Phantom Quote Link to post
zini 1,939
I know Shay buddy, Im flipping worried pal as i know he will want the R10. Im just making sure he comes on at the right pace and not rushing him onto something live before he is ready pal. If he continues to improve ill let him shoot a squeeler next year at 20 metres - ish. I will get him either a single shot BSA Ultra in .177 or a single shot Air Arms S200 in .177 when hes abit more better. Si Quote Link to post

Si hi ya si i bet your are worried my lad still wont let me have my s400 177 back since he started in the field but he has been shooting since about 5 but he has only from last year been able to shoot short range vermin but still shoots at 30mtrs target wise and that has only been late last year starting of this year buddy slower the better like you said buddy it's best they learn properly than make bad shots and that would just upset them he buddy but i would go with a tench regged ultra 177 single shot and watch dylan kick your butt on the range lol shay Quote Link to post
