He is taking cub watch very seriously, there was a note pinned on my door when i got home today saying . . . . " I've cleared the shed for you and the cub has grown already" Bless him, such a sweet man, sod the cub though, i've taken enough photographs this week, its serious drinking and sunshine through till monday now! sure its not darcy dressed up sounds like one of his tricks the predator :sick: Quote Link to post Share on other sites

I don't like to distract him from playing too much, he's such a happy little thing in his own company! Squirrel_Basher 17,102 Posted May 22, 2010 Report Share Posted May 22, 2010 Darcey mentions feeding the cubs but from experince its not a good thing for their welfare .If they eat too much of what you give them and take no notice of what the vixen brings she may bring less and less for them as nature dosnt like being messed with .Happened to a litter i was watching /feeding and the cubs withered visually as time went on and i was forced to step up the feeding against my better judgement until they left for pastures new .
